Off-Road Trainings

Off-Road Driving Training Program was launched to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of our light vehicle drivers operating on challenging construction alignment roads across our site.

Primary Training Objectives This program is designed to develop the following critical skills: Effective Use of Vehicle Technology: Understanding the correct usage of drivetrain modes (2H, 4H, 4L) for different terrain conditions (mud, loose surfaces, steep slopes). Reinforcement of Safe Driving Techniques : Mastering proper driving posture, speed control, and braking techniques for deep mud, cambered roads, and rough terrain. Vehicle Systems Familiarization & Management : Learning the purpose and operation of vehicle systems such as the 4WD info screen, differential lock, ESC (Traction Control), Hill Descent Control (HDC), and Drive Modes (Slippery, Tow/Haul, etc.). Risk Awareness and Foresight : Monitoring vehicle pitch and roll angles via the 4WD screen to identify and mitigate risky situations proactively.

Environmental Trainings Specialized courses focused on environmental stewardship, waste management, pollution prevention, and compliance with environmental regulations. Craft Skill Trainings The Craft Skill Trainings Program has been developed to ensure that all new manual craft professional employees on the project receive the required minimum amount of ES&H, Quality, and Job/Skill Specific training before commencing work on site, to perform their roles safely and effectively.
