CBL trainings equip leaders and observers with the skills to identify risks, engage the workforce, and reinforce safe behaviors.
Observers
In 2025, the NMMP CBL program engaged a network of 226 trained observers operating in five languages, resulting in 19,557 workforce observations. Insights gained from these observations led to the development of three targeted checklists addressing driving behaviors and MEPI, general safety, and work at height and dropped object risk
