Programs
• "See the change” campaign where observers share before and after photos of improvements • Feedback received from observers shared with project and a “You asked we did” information shared through committee and ZAT meetings.
Data
CBL data is systematically gathered and entered to ensure accuracy and consistency across the project. The development of a Power BI dashboard represents a significant step forward, transforming field observation data into clear, visual insights that support performance monitoring, trend analysis, and informed ES&H decision-making at all levels.
Look ahead (2026): •Increase number of observers, champions and facilitators •Improvements on data sharing and ensuring data collected and “You asked we did” to reach all craft employees. •Increasing number of focused checklists - Lifting and rigging, maintenance activities etc.
