How do people feel about planning ahead?

It is important that we explore and think about our own end-of-life wishes, and that we discuss them with our loved ones. Advance care planning is thinking about, talking about, and recording your preference for future care, your wishes and choices and sharing these with loved ones, and with healthcare teams.
