Getting in Touch When we connect, we’ll complete a short and friendly screening call to get to know you better. Arranging Your Interview If your screening is successful, we’ll arrange an interview at a time that suits you. Your Interview Day Please bring the following documents with you so we can complete your checks smoothly: Completed Application Form (this will be emailed to you) Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (e.g. passport, birth certificate, or visa) Photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) Two proofs of address (we will send you our Acceptable Proof of Address guide) Proof of National Insurance Number (e.g. payslip, P45/P60, or HMRC/benefits letter) During your interview, you’ll also have a chat with our scheduler about your availability and preferred working hours, so we can understand what best suits you. Decision & Next Steps After your interview, we’ll review your application carefully. Wherever possible, we’ll provide a decision or feedback within 48 hours. Pre-Employment Checks We’ll apply for your DBS check (which usually takes around 3–4 weeks) and request two professional references. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process. Welcome to the Team Once all checks are complete, you’ll officially join the Home Instead Central Hampshire family and be invited to start your induction and training programme. This is the beginning of a rewarding journey, helping others live independently while developing your own skills and confidence.
