Elaine Gibson MSc ChFCIPP, MCMI, FHEA, education director at the CIPP will be sharing with you what it takes to become a great manager.

Elaine has worked with the CIPP for over fourteen years as a payroll trainer, senior policy and research officer and associate director of policy and professional education before moving to her current role as education director.

In this interactive workshop delegates will: ● Consider how your management/leadership traits impact your team and or other departments you work with ● How to obtain optimum team performance ● Explore the vision of a leader/manager ● Explore your signature strengths

WORKSHOP 18: HOWDO YOUMEASURE THE SUCCESS OF A REWARD PROGRAMME? Rosemary Lemon, group head of reward, Hays plc, will be leading this workshop. Rosemary will be exploring how the success of a reward programme can be measured. Rosemary has had an extensive career in international reward and benefits and has held positions in major global organisations in the fields of oil and gas (Texaco Ltd), container shipping and logistics (P & O Nedlloyd), luxury retail (Burberry), financial services (Legal & General) and professional recruitment (Hays).

This workshop will examine: ● Looking at a reward strategy and what you are trying to achieve ● Prioritising ● Being creative and thinking outside the box ● Measuring success (engagement, feedback, value, retention, capability, take-up, performance)
