Here at St. Thomas Public Library, we have lots of options available to you with your library card! This isn’t the “Shhhhhhhh! Keep your voice down,” silent space of the past. We’re busy and buzzing with activity and we’d love for you to join us. Whether you begin a New Year with a specific word or intention, or whether you prefer to avoid resolutions, we have opportunities for you to add more value to your life. You can come for in-person opportunities to make new connections or you can explore from your favourite cozy chair in the comfort of your own home. Still not sure where to start? Audiobooks just help you read more because you can listen while you drive or walk, or tackle that project you’ve been putting off. Audiobooks are free, easy, and they’re waiting for you! If you love the flexibility of short videos, check out LinkedIn where you can access thousands of classes on relatable topics. We also have study rooms available if you need a quiet place to learn.
