Fort Hill Activity Center PREMIER FITNESS CLASSES If you are an active fitness member or unlimited group exercise member at Fort Hill, you may qualify for a discount on these classes. Premier: Boxing/TRX • AGES 15 AND UP Build posture, strength, balance, and mobility by leveraging body weight using TRX straps combined with the cardio power of boxing. Form and technique are instructor- monitored with any necessary modifications provided

Premier: TRX • AGES 15 AND UP Build posture, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility with the method of leveraging body weight. Every exercise is powered by the abdominals. Form technique is monitored and modifications provided by certified TRX trainers to enable you to be safely challenged.
