Intuitive Painting • AGES 18 AND UP NEW In this transformative class, you’ll explore intuitive painting as a way to quiet the mind and follow the natural energy of your body. Rather than focusing on technique or outcome, you’ll engage in open ended, process- based exploration, allowing images and emotions to emerge freely on the page. Whether you’re new to painting or returning to your creative roots, this practice invites spontaneity, reflection, and personal insight. Supply list: Bring your choice of painting medium, or basic set such as a pack of 12 tempera or acrylic paints, brushes in various sizes, paint paper or canvas.
