605 PROFILE (continued)
What’s your inspiration? My inspiration comes from generational wellness. I’ve seen firsthand how a woman’s health shapes everything—her energy, her mood, her hormones, her home, and ultimately, her children. When women don’t have the tools, support, or education they deserve, their whole family feels it. When women do heal, the ripple effect is unbelievable… When you support a woman’s health, you support her whole lineage. That’s what keeps me going. That’s why I do this work. What does your Health Summit cover and how does it address women’s health? The Trista Pourier Women’s Health Summit gives women a clear, grounded understanding of their hormones, gut health, stress, and cycle so they can finally feel aligned in their bodies. We cover the most overlooked areas of women’s health—hormones, metabolism, mood, digestion, and daily lifestyle habits—through simple, science-backed education. The summit helps women understand what their symptoms mean, how their bodies actually work, and the practical steps they can take to feel better every day. My goal is for every woman to leave feeling educated, empowered, and To me, healing is coming back to yourself. It’s that moment when your body finally feels like your body again, not something you’re fighting with every day. Healing isn’t perfect or pretty–it’s messy, it’s slow, and it happens in tiny moments that build over time. Healing is when a woman starts showing up for her life again. When she’s laughing more, thinking more clearly, feeling confident in her choices, feeling connected to her body, and not constantly running on empty. Why is health and wellness education important? Health and wellness education matters because you can’t heal what you don’t understand. Most women were never taught how their hormones, cycles, stress, or digestion actually work so they’ve been trying to “fix” themselves without the right guidance. Education gives women their power back. What do you love most about what you do? I love the moment when something clicks, when she realizes her body isn’t broken, she just needs the right support and education. Seeing that confidence grow, that trust in her body return, and that spark come back in her eyes—that is everything to me. What’s your favorite thing about South Dakota? How easy it is to get outside and feel grounded. I love rock climbing and hiking—anything that gets me into the Black Hills where it’s quiet and beautiful. There’s something about being on a trail or up on a rock face that resets my whole nervous system. A day of hiking followed by dinner at Skogen Kitchen in Custer is perfection in my world.
