"We need ot leost one missionary to take the gospel to an Island of more than one-hundred tha11sand people who hove never before heard the gospel," o missionory from So11th America recently told me. "Why not just take anyone, 11 some of you might say. To this, the missionary would reply; "We can use only a well-trained servant of God who knows and loves the Ward." This was a great personal challenge to me," yet it's on experience which is magnified almost daily as we tolk with returning missionaries and also read their heart-gripping letters from the field. Through your generous sacrificial gifts to the Bible Institute Hour, you are helping us to train these young people. Yet, there is much more that needs to be done. This year we have a record attendance, and ask that you daily remember these young people that as they listen ta the Word of Life they may be challenged ta ga to the ends of the Earth with the gospel of Christ which alone can liberate heathen hearts. Our Lord said: "Say not ye there are yet four months, and then cometh harvest~ Behold I say unto yo11, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; far they / J/ ,..,/. _ / _/ IJ are white alrecidy to harvest." ~ IT'S COMING Our new 1954 BIOLA Calendar will soon be off the press.
