Insecurely attached children in this sample, however, did show more problematic results concerning their social competences compared to securely attached children. Furthermore, the insecurely attached children were significantly younger than the securely attached children. These findings need to be verified in a larger sample. The problem of the possible lacking comparability of different attachment-instruments needs to be discussed and examined in a greater context. G$#.1/.\!
