Healthy Baked Apples

Ingredients

• 6 apples, sliced

• 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

• 2–3 tablespoons coconut oil

• 1 dash nutmeg

Directions

5. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 F for 30–40 minutes. 6. Uncover and finish baking for 10–15 minutes.

1. Slice apples into wedges.

2. Heat coconut oil in small bowl in microwave until melted, about 15–30 seconds. 3. In a large bowl, mix apples, oil, and spices. 4. Spread apples on baking dish in a single layer.
