Connected October-November 2016

Dear Readers, We are one month into our new fiscal year, and it is fitting that we start this year’s Connected publication with a spotlight on our MCC: Morrison Crothall Collaborative, an initiative that propelled sales for Morrison and Crothall by adding service lines at existing customer locations. Take a look at the Q&A with National Director Duffy Hickey about how the MCC does its import- ant work. Then read the story about how great EVS service at Our Lady of the Lake led to the add-on EVS service at St. Francis Medical Center…then the sale of Morrison Food Services at both accounts! In all cases, it was our stellar reputation in strong leadership, patient satisfaction, and establish- ing partnerships that helped the MCC to land more business with these customers. Now these teams are working hard to fulfill the promises we made to them. We continue the tradition of video spotlights on special teams or associates in both Morrison and Crothall. Take the 3 minutes to watch the impact these great people have made on their teams and communities. These are the teams we wish we could clone for great attitude, great people skills, and a community spirit. I want to thank all those teams and people who helped to celebrate Crothall’s 25 Years of Caring in a way that means so much to Crothall’s senior leaders: by continuing the important legacy of community involvement. You can read about Crothall’s history, which has been marked with rapid growth and success, and it is all due to the hard work of our caring people in the field. Thanks to every one of you for the contributions you make day in and day out to improve our services. Celebrate these wins with your teams, and share your successes with your customers and coworkers. I am so proud of what we are building together.

With warm regards,

Bobby Kutteh, CEO Compass One Healthcare
