This class teaches non- contact (traditional) Tae Kwon Do and focuses on these 5 tenets: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit, in class and in daily life. Tae Kwon Do will help you increase your confidence, flexibility, balance, strength, and control of your body. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
