Join the party as the Museum celebrates 45 years of collecting, preserving and sharing Tillsonburg’s history. Nights at the Museum - 45 years ago the museum was open on Wednesday evenings. Join us in May as we bring these hours back for our Anniversary. Every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM . International Museum Day - On Friday, May 18, sign up for a tour of the mu- seum’s collection storage. Limited space available. Find the Photo Contest - From June 1 to June 30, travel throughout Tillson- burg to find and post on Instagram the 45 historic photos from the collection that we have placed around town. 45th Anniversary Party - Come and join the party on Friday, June 29 at 7:00 PM and help us celebrate this milestone. Live music and refreshments. Stump the Staff - Antique Identification Day - Have something you’re not sure just what it is? Bring it to the museum on Sunday, September 23 at 2:00 PM for an afternoon of “what is it” fun. Turtlefest - Saturday, June 16 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Come out for a “turtlely” good time with Tillsonburg Turtlefest Activities. Canada Day Open House - Saturday, July 1 - 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Canada Day Open House and Fun Fair. Tour Tillsonburg’s National treasure and take in the fun on the lawn. “Aces: A Story of the First World War” A WWI Film Series Showing: Wednesday, June 6 - 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM Oxford Remembers: WWI Commemorative Project “And We Knew How to Dance: Women in World War I” A WWI Film Series Showing: Wednesday, June 13 - 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM “Adrienne Clarkson Presents, Canvas of Conflict: Art of Great War” A WWI Film Series Showing: Wednesday June 20 - 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM Cars of the Great War Join us on Saturday, July 21 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for a car show on the lawn featuring automobiles from 1914-1918.
