INDIVIDUAL/GROUP HIGHLIGHTS

YEAR 13 Kieran Christey Senior Clay Shooting Cup

Many Jacobs boys lined up to deliver impressive performances. Henry Hiatt won the senior grade while Louis Hiatt was 2nd in the U15 section. The following boys recorded top-20 finishes: U14 Harrison Tapper, Marco Kearney; U15 Harry Blakely, Bruno Kearney; U16 Leo Kim; and senior Max Howard, and Fletcher Tapper. House Hockey The senior House hockey side was very strong, being boosted by a few 1st XI players. Jacobs beat Somes House, Richards House, Julius House, and then School House in the final to win the title. We farewell stalwarts Finn McCormack-Young and Josh Durant, strong House performers over the years. Tug of War In a powerful performance throughout the competition, our Year 11 tug of war boys left everyone in their wake, showing strength, teamwork, and connection and never faltering under the pressure. The boys were deserved winners for their commitment and effort.

In the doubles section, he finished 3rd. Harry was a member of the South Island team and named in the New Zealand Junior Postal team. PRIZE-GIVING Several boys achieved a great deal throughout the year and were recognised at Prize-giving in the Town Hall. YEAR 9 Tyler Christey
