INTERSCHOOLS COMPETITION
Crocodile Park – Single Tracks The Interschools event was held at the Halswell Quarry Crocodile Park tracks but was cut short because of the poor weather. College was successful, with the Talbot brothers, Oscar and Wilbur, taking out the top places in the boys’ races. Oscar also lifted the trophy for the fastest male.

SOUTH ISLAND MTB CHAMPIONSHIPS Coronet Peak
College competed at the South Island MTB Championships at Coronet Peak in March this year. It was a fantastic event, with hundreds of riders racing in fine conditions. College was involved in all three disciplines – XC, DH, and Enduro – with most boys lining up in at least two events. Wilbur Talbot and Joe Osborne were 1st and 3rd, respectively, in the U15 XC race. Oscar Talbot won the U20 Boys XC event, beating the nearest rival by an impressive three minutes. The Senior U20 XC Relay team featuring David Wayne, Oscar Talbot, and Kiki Anglem was 3rd, just 12 seconds
