Day 5: Lugano - St. Moritz This morning, board the Bernina Express coach to journey through Italy, admiring the views of Lake Como as you head towards Tirano. Here, join the Bernina Express train and settle in to enjoy a narrated journey and incredible climb over the Bernina Pass. Arrive in St. Moritz and check into your hotel. Day 6: St. Moritz Enjoy a free day in the world famous, chic holiday resort of St. Moritz. Surrounded by beautiful lake landscape, why not try out one of the adventurous walking and hiking trails ore njoy shopping in Via Serlas and the town centre. Day 7: St. Moritz - Zermatt Today, board the famous Glacier Express. Enjoy the jaw- dropping views over dramatic landscapes as you journey along a route which crosses no less than 291 bridges and 91 tunnels. Arrive in Zermatt and check into your hotel. Day 8: Zermatt Spend your free time exploring Zermatt, one of Switzerland’s top mountain resorts. This region is legendary among mountaineers, with over 400km of hiking trails. For the best views of the mighty Matterhorn head to the Gornergrat which is also included in your package holiday. The highest cogwheel train will take you to an altitude of 3089 m above sea level. Day 9: Zermatt - UK Individual return by train from Zermatt to the airport to fly back to the UK.
