Credit Procedure If your plans change and you need to withdraw from a class, pro-rated credit will be given to you if you notify us prior to the third class. Credits will remain on account for
up to 2 years, after which they expire. Returned NSF Cheques / Credit Cards
Payments made by cheque or credit card which are not accepted by the bank, must be replaced with a cash payment. A $35.00 administrative fee will be charged for each returned cheque or credit card payment. Members are responsible for ensuring that credit card info is accurate and current. Family Discounts Each additional child receives a 10% discount on qualifying programs. Anyone eligible for the Family Discount must call the Community Centre to register, as this discount cannot be processed online. Anyone requiring one-on-one assistance to attend our programs may have their support person attend free of charge. Interest Overdue accounts will be charged interest at 1.25% per month/ 15% per annum.
