Our dedicated Scheme Managers will begin this process at the ‘on – boarding’ stage by meeting with all stakeholders and agreeing the KPIs and objectives for each scheme. They will ensure that regular review meetings take place –not only with you but also with your scheme members to discuss cases, current trends and risk insights. Benchmarking: Our innovative data tool will provide 24/7 access to live case- related information on schemes. It will enable the creation of bespoke reports and dashboards to monitor performance, review trends and measure legal spend. It will highlight and benchmark individual scheme performance to support underwriting and claims analysis. It will ‘slice and dice’ the data to determine hotspots and trends and highlight areas of risk to enable actions to be taken and risk management measures to be effected. Innovation: Our innovation products are designed to ‘keep it simple’, to be practical and to make a difference. They will allow for 24/7 access to cases and will ensure better liability decisions, more timely offers and more accurate reserving.
Marketing: We know that schemes create a great growth opportunity for brokers and underwriters and our Schemes Promise includes a commitment to help you grow your business. We will focus on
creating long lasting relationships, broker engagement, insights,
defensibility strategies and scheme performance to help support your wider campaigns and routes to market. Value: Our Schemes Promise enables scheme members to access Clyde & Co’s range of risk services normally reserved for major customers. These include training events, claims clinics, helplines and risk insights. Our team will also host events for the scheme members to explore the many commercial issues which may impact their businesses including supply chain, employment law, mergers and acquisitions and debt recoveries.

Our Scheme Managers will lead a dedicated team of experienced and sector specific lawyers – who are well supported by technology and use sector specific MI to manage and track performance. There will be a focus on KPIs which are designed to reduce life cycles and reduce overall indemnity spend. They will review defensibility and lessons learned to create ongoing best practice and continuous improvement.
