Cathedral School for Boys Faculty and Staff Handbook 2017-18

First and foremost, be thoughtful and exercise good judgment in how you present yourself online. If you identify yourself as a CSB employee or your affiliation with the School is well known, what you say will have an on impact the School, our employees and students. Be aware that posting inappropriate information or content on Social Media potentially brings disrepute either to the School or to you in your capacity as a CSB employee. Because Social Media typically is public space, we request that you be respectful to the School, our employees, our students, our partners and affiliates, and others (including our competitors) as the School itself endeavors to be. Our strong preference is that you not discuss the School or School-related matters in any Social Media. However, if you choose to do so, note the following: • CSB staff should not engage current CSB students in any social media networking or other online communication of a non-academic nature. All academic communication with should be conducted through a staff member’s Cathedral School email account or class webpage.
