Pray’s dedication and commitment to excellence,” said Laprise. During construction, D.F. Pray worked closely with the Chase Bank project manager, the design team of JRS Archi- tect and Joseph R. Loring & Assoc., Inc., MEP Engineers, to refine project challenges as- sociated with the rollout of a prototype. In the process, D.F. a 24-inch sewer bypass line and underground storm water management system was in- stalled to bring the site up to grade, then a binder base coat of pavement was put down, given that both sewer and storm water elevations could not sup- port the typical daily loading of construction vehicles and equipment.
