Gartner & Gorman negotiate 3,386 s/f lease for Intermix Goodwin of Metro Comm’l. secures 13,500 s/f lease at Red Lion Plaza for Vision Beauty Academy

HILADELPHIA, PA — Metro Commer- cial Real Estate an-

nounced it has just negotiated 6 high-profile new store open- ings in Philadelphia. In Northeast Philadelphia, Metro brings to Boulevard Plaza, a new Temple Health location, scheduled to open in October. They have leased 7,360 s/f, most-recently occu- pied by Bennigan’s. Randy Hope and Aaron Repucci of Metro represented the land- lord, Lavipour & Co.in this transaction. Temple Health was represented by A. Mar- golis Realty . InSouthPhiladelphia, Uncle Oogie’s Pizzeria and Specialty Sandwiches will be opening in late 2012 at Snyder Plaza. The pizzeria and trattoria will find a warm welcome in the center, located at the inter- section of Snyder Avenue and DelawareAvenue. JosephW. In Northeast Philadelphia, Vision Beauty Academy has signed a lease to open a 13,500 s/f school at Red Lion Plaza in spring 2013. Brian Goodwin represented Vision Beauty, in

this deal at 9950 Roosevelt Boulevard. At Franklin Mar- ketplace, Aaron’s Rents will also be opening a 9,865 s/f store in early 2013. Joseph W. Metro Com- mercial’s Steve Gartner and Michael Gorman negotiated the 3,386 s/f lease for space on the ground floor of the Ritten- house Claridge, a landmark building owned by Kaiserman Company. Metro worked with Karen Bellantoni of RKF & Associates , who represents Intermix nationally. ■
