IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELEVANT TO OUR ANNUAL MEMBERS

Assistance on The Day If you need assistance on the day our Members desk in the Hall of Fame will be manned until Race 4. Following this please head to the Information Point. Car Parking Over the Summer there will be a major focus on the provision of car parking at the racecourse. The wants and needs of our members will absolutely be central to this review, so whatever happens this year, please be mindful that enhancements will hopefully be just around the corner. Red Car Parks Red Car Parking is no longer available off New Barn Lane, near the vets, opposite the UCAS building. This car park has now been commandeered for bus and taxi ranks. We appreciate this will be an inconvenience for many of our members that have historically parked in this location. Please follow the Red label car park signs which will lead you appropriate entrance. Red Car Park labels are available to Annual Members for £40, which allows access for all four days. Blue Reserved Car Park It is possible to reserve a car park space for the

Members Marquee Please don’t forget to use our Members facility in the Tented Village. Following feedback we have changed the seating in this room from last year to reflect our Member’s request. The marquee is located in the same place as last year, close to the Moët and Chandon Roma Bar. Cheltenham & South West Racing Club Marquee One of the perks of joining the Racing Club is that you get access to your own marquee on all four days of the Festival. This is located in the Tented Village. Princess Royal Stand As usual this great facility on Level 1 of the Princess Royal Stand will be open to our members. Crest Room Crest Room is available to all members this year. However, only members holding Racecourse View seats will be able to access to tiered seating area. Non-members in the social company of members will be permitted to access this room if they possess a Racecourse View seat.

Sovereign Bar The divide between Crest Room and Sovereign Bar will remain closed for the duration of the Festival. The only people permitted to enter Sovereign will be racegoers carrying a Racecourse View seat badge. Children Attendance Unfortunately due to the necessity of managing capacities, no children will be able to visit Members Facilities during the Festival. Evesham Road & Car Park Egress The decision has been made in consultation with the council and relevant authorities that to enable the safe egress of racegoers Evesham Road will be closed southbound. This means that when coming out of the Hall of Fame, Red or Blue car parks gates, racegoers will only be able to turn right when entering Evesham Road. They will not be able to turn left towards the town centre. New Barn will also be closed off and with access provided to taxis and buses.
