Ca 1900 Ball-shaped malachite knob displaying the desired enigmatic and densely banded structure and vibrant light and dark greens, heightened by a beautiful, smooth, and glossy surface. The knob comes with a yellow metal collar, with multiple rings, on a very tightly stepped malacca shaft, and a metal ferrule. Distinguished by a classy, clear profile, this cane was built for comfort and embodies good taste. It oozes Russianness and has survived over a century with its initial parts and sparkle intact. In addition to a tremendous visual appeal, malachite has an addictive feel and is believed to have protection from negative entities or stress-healing properties.
