An act to add Section 65302.13 to the Government Code, relating to local government. AB 91, Harabedian. State and local agencies: de- mographic data. Requires a state or local agency that collects demographic data as to the ancestry or eth- nic origin of Californians to use separate collection categories and tabulations for major Middle Eastern or North African groups and disclose the aggregate data it collects; and prevents the state or local agen- cy from disclosing personal identifying information about individuals whose demographic information is collected.
