Keep your distance from people not in your household and follow social distancing measures Whilst recognising this will not always be possible, it is important to be aware that the risk of infection increases the closer you are to another person with the virus, and the amount of time you spend in close contact with them

Limit your contact with others physically but not socially. Keep in contact with each other, why not grab a virtual cuppa. Stay in touch via telephone and video calls. You may be bored, frustrated or lonely. You may also feel low, worried or anxious.
