Awareness Training
We prohibit the misuse and unauthorised disclosure of intellectual property (“IP”), and any violations of IP-related laws and regulations. We do not permit software use that violates copyright or licensing terms. Our Infrastructure Function verifies all new software applications before deployment to protect IP and ensure data privacy.
To foster a security-conscious culture, we provide employees with regular information security updates and mandatory awareness training. These online training sessions cover key topics such as security awareness, common threats, phishing, social engineering and AI- based scams, equipping staff to recognise and respond to potential security threats and reinforcing the importance of data protection. During the Year, there were no substantiated complaints concerning breaches of client privacy and losses of client data.

Our data breach team, consisting of an Executive Director appointed by the CEO, the Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications, and the Head of IT, is responsible for managing internal reports regarding actual or potential data protection incidents. The team will develop appropriate action plans and manage stakeholder communications.
