Talent Acquisition

Our talent acquisition process is designed to find candidates who align with our purpose and are ready to grow with us. We are committed to ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the entire process, from initial screening to final selection. We have digitalised our talent acquisition processes to improve internal workflows and enhance the candidate experience. Targeted Recruitment Campaigns We implement recruitment initiatives across multiple channels: collaborating with academic and educational institutions through career fairs and campus recruitment in Hong Kong and Mainland China; participating in the HKCA Young Members Society Recruitment Fair to connect with young industry professionals; partnering with the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) to co-run customised training for identifying potential candidates for cable laying and jointing roles; and collaborating with The Association of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (Hong Kong) to organise recruitment events for Electrical Technicians. Employer Brand Positioning We strengthen our employer brand through enhanced digital presence, utilising social media platforms to communicate our company culture, values and employee value proposition to prospective talent. Employee Referral Programme We launched an employee referral programme with competitive incentives, harnessing the professional networks of our existing workforce to identify potential candidates.
