Centralised Management Platform
· Centralised platform for generating and managing safety alerts from multiple devices, enabling immediate, targeted responses to potential hazards and abnormalities · Collect data with record-keeping capabilities that provides insights for analysis and improvement, enabling informed decisions and long-term remediation strategies · Facilitate supervision and communication through real-time tracking of workers' location and status, and instant updates on site conditions and utilities, enabling efficient coordination and prompt measures · Utilise sensors and monitoring systems to track and analyse environmental conditions · Enable real-time tracking of site plants, powered tools and ladders, keeping test certification, examination, and maintenance status up to date · Generate automatic alerts when plant, powered tool or ladder has outdated certification or is overdue for examination, checking or maintenance, prompting timely actions · Offer online, real-time platform for applying, issuing and tracking permits for high-risk activities, such as hot work, work with electrical hazards, work in lift shafts, lifting operations and use of ladder for work above ground · Automatically generate alerts when permits expires to ensure timely renewal and compliance · Use automated access control and warning systems, such as smart-lock systems and infrared sensors, to prevent unauthorised access to hazardous areas and alert workers of potential dangers Mobile Plant Operation Danger Zone · Install 360 o cameras, sensors and automated warning system on site plants to detect personnel encroaching danger zone · Provide visual alerts by flashing warning lights on plant operating dash board and audio sound alerts via speaker or headphone to notify operations of potential dangers Smart Safety Helmet and Smart Watch · Equipped with sensors and cameras for health and location monitoring, and an SOS button and broadcasting system · Track real-time body vital signs and environmental factors, triggering early warning alerts such as proximity to danger or restricted areas · Detect accidental falls or standstill situations for prompt assistance and intervention · Record and analyse videos in real time using AI modules that detect, identify and classify unsafe and abnormal scenarios: · access to restricted zones or danger zones · workers in close proximity to site plant and vehicles · potential collisions · missing required PPE · workers working at height · Trigger instant alerts with photo records, enabling prompt response and intervention · Employ AI surveillance cameras to detect PPE and monitor standstill motion within confined spaces, ensuring PPE compliance and enabling prompt emergency response · Track site worker count and location in real time · Integrate virtual simulations into on-site safety induction training on topics, such as working at height and electrical installation dismantling, to replicate real-life site situations in an immersive learning environment, allowing workers to experience and react to potential hazards in a controlled setting while fostering practical knowledge, situational awareness and proactive hazard response
Digitised Tracking System
In addition to regular safety inspections, managerial staff and senior management conduct safety walks. These walks serve as a visible demonstration of the Group's commitment to a strong safety culture, ensure effective health and safety management, allow management to
engage directly with employees, subcontractor workers and visitors, and gather first-hand feedback and insights. This collaborative approach helps create a dynamic and responsive safety environment.

Safety Technologies and Innovation
The 4S system has demonstrated efficacy in early identification of potential safety risks and hazards, with real-time monitoring and alerts that enable immediate mitigation. By analysing data across multiple dimensions from the system, we can pinpoint the root causes of safety concerns, identify patterns and potential issues, prioritise resources, develop targeted, evidence-based improvement initiatives and preventive actions, and enhance overall project performance.
We integrate advanced technologies into a multi-layered prevention framework and streamline safety processes through automation and digital workflows. This reduces the likelihood of safety incidents and enhances overall project efficiency. Smart Site Safety System (4S) We implement 4S in various private and public sector projects. Since the HKSAR Development Bureau and the CIC launched the Smart Site Safety System Labelling Scheme ("4SLS"), 9 projects have successfully obtained 4S Label, with 8 projects maintaining active 4S Label. Several other projects have also adopted 4S initiatives and are in the process of 4SLS application.
