Project Quality Management

Integrated Management System

Quality management is essential for project success. It encompasses processes and activities that ensure projects meet specific quality requirements and address stakeholder needs, including immediate clients, ultimate clients or end- users, and regulatory authorities. Our quality management approach follows the management system’s key principles: risk-based thinking, the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, and the process approach. Through these frameworks, we implement several key elements in projects.

We are committed to delivering products and services that consistently meet our clients’ requirements. To ensure consistent quality, we implement Quality Policy and internal procedures while maintaining a robust HSEQ management system certified to ISO 9001:2015. The Corporate HSEQ Committee oversees this management system and quality-related matters.

• Understand the project’s quality standards, contractual specifications and acceptance criteria • Define quality-related roles and responsibilities for project team members • Develop quality management plans, project plans or programmes at various levels, work sequences or method statements, and corresponding quality control measures • Implement pre-defined on-site and off-site inspections and testing activities to verify that the work meets the specified quality requirements • Take prompt and appropriate actions to rectify quality issues and work-related non-conformities when identified • Conduct regular monitoring activities throughout the project life cycle, such as site walks and audits by qualified personnel • Provide essential training to project personnel and frontline workers, ensuring they can perform their tasks to the required standards • Review the effectiveness of the project’s quality management system in projects and identify opportunities for improvement • Apply lessons learned and best practices from previous projects to enhance quality management processes • Cultivate a culture of quality and continual improvement among the project team beyond compliance

• Understand the project's service requirements, contractual terms and client-specific performance criteria • Define quality-related roles and responsibilities for account managers, recruitment consultants and payroll administrators • Develop manpower service plans, recruitment workflows, onboarding schedules and quality controls • Conduct pre-defined service checks, such as candidate credential verification, attendance tracking, and timely payroll and invoice submission • Ensure all service documentation is complete, accurate and compliant • Address service issues promptly • Monitor service delivery through client feedback, site visits and audits • Provide pre-assignment training • Maintain regular communication with clients and personnel • Review the effectiveness of the quality management system and identify opportunities for improvement • Apply lessons learned and best practices from previous assignments to enhance recruitment, onboarding and client relationship processes • Cultivate a culture of quality and continual improvement among internal teams and placed personnel, encouraging feedback and proactive problem-solving
