Our vendor control process involves vendor selection, project management and performance evaluation. During the tender and project execution phases, we strategically plan, source and select suitable, qualified subcontractors meeting both project and contractual requirements. Throughout the project life cycle, our project personnel closely monitor subcontractors' workmanship and performance. This oversight includes regular progress reviews, on-site inspections, HSEQ audits and KPI measurements. Active subcontractors undergo an annual performance evaluation by designated personnel. The results help identify top performers, address performance gaps, and inform future vendor selection and management decisions.

Our Integrated Management System measures client satisfaction through multiple channels, including project meetings, client surveys, performance appraisals and feedback. The deputy CEO-led Assurance Function collects, analyses and monitors this information. When client concerns or complaints arise, the Assurance Function will review and investigate the matter, then implements both immediate and long-term solutions. During the Year, there were no justified written complaints from clients regarding our services.

We build long-term relationships with our partners and suppliers that foster mutual benefit while promoting good working practices throughout the supply chain. Through active engagement with our suppliers, we are working together to create a more responsible and sustainable future.

Our procurement processes, from supplier registration, selection, management to evaluation, are governed by internal policies and procedures. We have a Sustainable Purchasing Policy in place and integrate ESG considerations into procurement. We maintain a fair and equal competitive environment for all suppliers, including subcontractors. To enhance the monitoring and management of sustainability risks along the supply chain, we have established a Vendor Code of Conduct. This code is embedded in our agreements and orders, and we periodically communicate it to active suppliers, including subcontractors, ensuring our sustainability standards are clearly communicated across all supplier relationships. Supplier Registration S uppliers, including subcontractors, are requested to submit required information and documents, including HSEQ management system. Subcontractors must also provide information on legal compliance, technical competence, qualifications, HSEQ practices and performance, and sustainability and climate change management. Supplier Selection W e evaluate product or service quality, technical competence, qualifications, legal compliance, HSEQ management systems and performances, along with other requirements.

Marketing Communications

Supplier Evaluation W e regularly evaluate the performance of active suppliers and the work processes of subcontractors. A ctive suppliers also undergo annual HSEQ performance evaluations. If unsatisfactory performance is observed, we require suppliers or subcontractors to take immediate action.

Valuing honesty, openness, and transparency in our corporate communications, we ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through established management requirements and procedures. Corporate communications materials undergo management review before publication. In our talent supply segment, we uphold strict internal review processes for all marketing and recruitment materials. This ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and corporate ethical standards. We emphasise transparency, fairness and non-discrimination throughout our job advertising and recruitment processes. This approach enables candidates to make informed decisions and aligns expectations among the company, the client and the prospective employee.

Technological and Innovative Capabilities

We embrace innovation and technologies to enhance client services, addressing evolving needs in today’s dynamic market. These include digital project management systems and construction and engineering technologies, such as BIM, DfMA and MiC, which improve project quality management processes. Through continuous advancement of technological and innovative capabilities, we explore and leverage the potential of emerging technologies.

Sustainable Purchasing

Our Sustainable Purchasing Policy guides sustainable procurement practices to reduce adverse environmental and social impacts. We optimise consumption and eliminate non-essential purchases. We consider life cycle costings where applicable, including the environmental and social impacts of the product or service. We prioritise replacing fossil fuel-powered vehicles with EVs and purchasing energy, water, and material-efficient products and those made with recyclable materials. We encourage choosing reusable, refillable, and durable products over single-use disposables, and products with minimal, recyclable packaging. Whenever possible, we prioritise sourcing locally.

Digital Project Management Systems

Meter Replacement and Smart Meter Installation

Stringent quality requirements on meter replacement and installation are necessary for accurate billing and system monitoring. Ensuring the entire process, from meter assignment, installation, testing, to integration, is completed accurately and error-free is crucial. Our online meter management system with web and mobile applications optimises operations for project teams and workers. It enhances inventory management, work scheduling, task tracking, logistics, and quality management. The system automatically alerts workers to discrepancies, reducing errors and rework.
