Controlled by the Will of God. 1— Obedient to the known will of God (Mark 3:36; Acts( 9:31; Eph. 6 :6 ). 2— Understanding the will of God (John 7:17; 9:31; Eph. 6:17). 3— Co-operating with the will of God (1 Pet. 2:15, 16; 1 John 2:17; 5:13-15; Heb. 13:20, 21 ) . Some months ago we called atten tion to the need in a Leper Home in Korea for old rags to be used as dress ings, and now have a letter from the physician in charge saying that such a generous response was made that they are now well supplied with dressings, having received over 1800 packages. Dr. Wilson says: “ I want our ’rag friends’ to think and pray with us for the success of our leper farm which is now in process of formation. Just now we wish a good supply of car penters’ and tinners’ tools for the shops at the Leper Hospital. Also, we need a pony plow or two. I would be glad to stand for the freight and packing. I would like to have a friend on the Pacific Coast who would pick up such heavy articles for us and be a sort of co-partner with me in this leper work. We are hoping to start a large leper farm and teach many of them to become self-supporting.” Further information may be had from R. M. B. The Bait— Salvation in Christ a. Hie Approach to the Sinner.
A. The Angler— the Disciple of Christ a. His Attitude. 1— Realizing that some men are saved and some are not. God wants all men to be saved (1 Tim. 2:3, 4; 2 Pet. 3 :9 ). 2— Christ calls us to become ''fish ers of men” (Matt. 4:19; Mark 1:17). 3— God’s value of the human soul; its need of Christ (Matt. 10: 28-33; Luke 12:4-9; John 3: 16). b. His Belief. 1— The Bible is God’s written Word, a complete and correct rule of faith and conduct. 2— It reveals God’s offer of salva tion through faith in the offices of His Son Jesus Christ. 3 — it promises God’s gift of the Holy Spirit to reveal Christ to any man who will accept His saving power. C. His Consecration. 1 — Commissioned by Christ for consistent life and personal tes timony (Matt. 4:19; Mark 1: 17; 6:19; Acts 1 :8 ). 2— Controlled by the Holy Spirit in thought, word, and action (John 15:14, 26; Phil. 2:18; Col. 1:28, 29). 3 — Continuing in prayer and Bible study to know God's will and method (John 8:31; 15:8; 2 Tim. 2:15; 3:14-17).

Christ’s example (John 4:5- 26). 2— Study type prayerfully for right presentation (Acts 8:26- 38). 3— Learn of present standing in faith and conduct (Rom. 6:16; 14:12). b. The Bible Message of Salvation. 1— A universal need; all have sin ned and transgressed their "light” (Luke 13:3; John 16: 7-9; Rom. 1:21; 3:23; Col. 1 : 21 ). 2— A “ whosoever” Gospel of God's redeeming love in Christ (John 3:16; 7:37; Acts 10:43; Rom. 5 :8 ; 1 John 4:10; 2 Cor. 6: 19-21). 3— A permanent fellowship of “ eternal life,” here and for hereafter (John 6:24; 6:40; 1-0:28; Acts 4:12).
