Our major fundraisers are the Brewfest, the Truckee Airshow (June 24, 2023), and the Christmas Tree lot next to Village Pizzeria. We are always looking for people to join our club that are passionate about supporting Truckee youth. To learn more, visit https://www.truckeeoptimist.com/ All attendees must be 21+. Propane and Water Shut-Off When it comes to keeping the propane and the water moving, valves are a vital part of your system. But when they are left without maintenance for long periods of time, they can become a big part of a very serious problem, especially in an emergency when every moment counts. All homeowners should take this time to locate your propane and water shut-off valves. How to exercise valves: Please contact Sue, maintenance supervisor, and she will assist you to locate or even exercise the shut off valves. DO NOT ATTEMPT WITHOUT SUE, as some valves may need replacement. It's your responsibility to make sure valves are in good condition and we will gladly assist where we can.

Home Improvements Summer is the perfect time to get outside and take care of home improvement projects you’ve been putting off all winter. Exterior home improvements will add beauty and value to your property. We love to see you beautifying your home, but, before doing ANY home improvements please contact the office to fill out a STRUCTURE REQUEST. This is very important and part of the Coachland Rules. Before digging, pouring concrete, or building a structure, please check with us. You may need a STRUCTURE REQUEST!

Too Loud! Again... No live bands are allowed at your house. This is unfair to your neighbors. Please be aware that there is a NEW RULE COMING ...Gatherings of 12 or more will have to be approved through the office. This is unfortunate, but we have a few home owners that consistently abuse the rules. If you are having a gathering of 12 people or more, please consider the Clubhouse to rent for only $150.

E-Bikes We have made progress with the E- bikers. Thank you, parents and children, for your cooperation. With that being said, E-bikers are still driving too fast. ALL E-bikers must adhere to the speed limit in the park which is 5 MPH . Please...
