Propane and Water Shut-Off When it comes to keeping the propane and the water moving, valves are a vital part of your system. But when they are left without maintenance for long periods of time, they can become a big part of a very serious problem, especially in an emergency when every moment counts. All homeowners should take this time to locate your propane and water shut-off valves. How to exercise valves: Please contact Sue, maintenance supervisor, and she will assist you to locate or even exercise the shut off valves. DO NOT ATTEMPT WITHOUT SUE, as some valves may need replacement. It's your responsibility to make sure valves are in good condition and we will gladly assist where we can.

Before digging, pouring concrete, or building a structure, please check with us. You may need a STRUCTURE REQUEST!
