360ml London Dry 60ml Dry Vermouth 20ml Filtered Water Garnish olives / Lemon / Citrus
Makes 6 Classic Martini’s. Batch the three ingredients in a glass bottle and keep in the freezer for perfect ready made Martini’s. Measure 120ml and garnish.

Shake all the ingredients and double strain into glass Twist* Replace 15ml of gin with Elderflower Liqueur

Stirred, not shaken, and built over ice, this is the very definition of an aperitivo cocktail. Transport to summer in Italy with a bitter & bold blend of London Dry, Campari, and Vermouth. Pairs best with: A pre-dinner charcuterie plate, Smooth Jazz, and a cigar.

Muddle the mint and cucumber in shaker, add remaining ingredients, shake and double strain into a chilled glass.

BERRY PINK GIN
Like a dusty sunset in a bottle, this Pink Gin tastes like light beams and love. Because neither of those things actually have a taste, expect something even better - fresh macerated strawberry, followed by lasting raspberry aftertones and a peppery juniper finish. Shake and double strain into a martini glass and garnish with two peeled Lychees. Twist* Pour over ice and top with a Citrus Tonic.

40ml Berry Pink Gin 20ml Butterscotch Schnapps 20ml Passionfruit Syrup 2x Fresh Strawberries 20ml aquafaba / Egg white
Muddle strawberries and add all the ingredients to the shaker. Shake hard and double strain into coup.

A tantalising tango of ginteresting flavour. This Chilli Mango Gin swirls with luscious sweet fruity notes before stepping up the tempo with subtle uppercuts of spice. One to add some sway to your day or set any night alight. For those that don’t need extra spice in their life, but choose it anyway. Salud! Nose: Sweet Mango with a Peppery undertone.
