VERTICAL JOINT PROFILE TEP-VJP
DESIGN FEATURES
This profile can be used in both domestic and commercial applications where there are long runs of cladding. It offers greater installation speed on butt jointing and minimises the waste of cladding products as full lengths can be installed.

TOP VENT STRIP TEP-TVS
DESIGN FEATURES
The top vent strip is used as a hidden-fix trim allowing natural ventilation into the cavity space behind the cladding to prevent mould, fungi and decay. The cavity is ventilated by the rows of perforations on either side of the trim which allow the correct amount of airflow letting any moisture evaporate naturally.

1050 H14 A50 aluminium alloy, milled finished.
NOTE
Available in either 25mm x 50mm reversible to suit 25mm or 50mm timber battens or 25mm x 38mm to suit 25mm or 38mm timber battens. Also available in 30mm x 40mm and 30mm x 50mm (all in 3m lengths).

BOTTOM VENT /STARTER STRIP TEP-BVS
DESIGN FEATURES
The primary use for the bottom vent/starter strip is to allow sufficient ventilation from the bottom of the cavity area behind the cladding and also provide the correct kickout for the horizontal overlap of the cladding planks. The bottom vent/starter strip works in conjunction with the top vent strip providing enough airflow to let any moisture evaporate naturally reducing the risk of mould, fungi and decay attacking the cladding product.

FIXINGS
DESIGN FEATURES
Extensive range of fixings for cladding boards and façade panels. The corrosion resistant A2 stainless steel screws are available in two size options for 8mm and 10mm cladding boards and are suitable for the harshest environments. All of the most common colours are available from stock. Sharp point board fixings are ideal for penetrating through fibre cement board.

TEP-SCREW Coloured Torx, 4.8mm x 38mm, A2 Stainless Steel Board/Façade Screw. 100 per box (for 38mm or 50mm batten installation). TEP-SCREW Coloured Torx, 4.8mm x 32mm, A2 Stainless Steel Board/Façade Screw. 100 per box (for 25mm batten installation).

PRODUCT DETAIL
TrueTrims cladding board and façade screws are available in two sizes to accommodate the use of 25mm, 38mm or 50mm timber battens. The torx heads allow for easy installation. There are 21 colour options in the 38mm screw lengths and 22 colour options in the 32mm lengths.

TOP HATS
DESIGN FEATURES
TrueTrims top hats are manufactured for both vertical and horizontal applications in a range of various metals, hole configurations and sizes. They are ideal to use as an alternative to timber battens to support various cladding/façade products and achieve certain fire ratings

1050 H14 aluminium alloy, mill finished. Stainless steel (304 2B) and galvanised steel (ZS 275) options are also available.
NOTE
Standard sizes available from stock. Bespoke requirements are welcome. All manufactured in the UK.
PRODUCT DETAIL
TrueTrims top hats are ideal to use as an alternative to timber or composite battens to support various cladding/façade products when fire safety is of paramount importance. Available in mill finished aluminium, stainless steel and galvanised steel options which achieve both A2 and A1 fire ratings. TrueTrims top hats are usually manufactured to bespoke requirements and are available vented and non-vented and pre-drilled holes can be added upon request. Manufactured at our plant in Kidderminster, England. They are the perfect complement to any fire rated cladding/facade system.

END CAPS
DESIGN FEATURES
End caps are used to neatly cap-off the tops and bottoms of 90-degree external corner trims. They eliminate any risk of insects entering the corner trims and are a great accessory to complete the aesthetics of any cladding project where 90-degree external corners have been installed. The ribbed design allows for the cap to be push-fitted securely into place.
MATERIAL
LDPE Regranulate. Thermoplastic, textured and ribbed.
NOTE
Available in two sizes to suit 90-degree external corners for 8mm and 10mm weatherboard cladding. Colours – Black, White and Mid Grey.

10MM WEATHERBOARD TRIMS
DESIGN FEATURES
The 10mm range provides options for both overlap and tongue and groove weatherboard cladding systems. All coloured trims are powder coated providing a durable finish and smooth edges which reduce the risk of injury from cuts.
