UK (15 per cent), Latin America (14 per cent), China (12 per cent), Africa, Asia and the Middle East, India and Oceania (all at four per cent), with North America and the Caribbean concluding the list at three per cent. In-person learning was the most prevalent form across all regions, ranging from 90 per cent of courses in China, to 59 per cent of courses taught this way in the UK. Modular programmes were most common across Africa and Asia and the Middle East, with 52 per cent of courses taught in this format in both regions. Globally, the majority of programmes was most likely to be delivered in a part-time format, (64 per cent) followed by full-time (21 per cent) and then modular (15 per cent). Looking at blended programmes, 19 per cent were supposed to be taught like this and eight per cent were due to be delivered fully online. Ultimately, however, 39 per cent were taught using a blended method and 27 per cent took place online. Such figures seem to highlight the importance of flexibility and personalisation in the management education environment. In total, 247 business schools ran MBA programmes in 2021, with 959 programmes offered compared with 907 in 2020. Europe leads the way at 40 per cent, followed by the
