Established in 1839, they have retained many of their original clients including some of the best-known Colleges in Cambridge and Oxford, who are among the biggest landowners in the UK. In a 2017/18 analysis of seven of its closest competitors, Bidwells was the only property consultancy to pay a bonus to 100 per cent of its staff.
