Bidwells are champions of wellbeing in the workplace. BWell is driven by a desire to remove the stigma around mental health, with a wellbeing strategy influenced by the feedback from their staff and looking at what the best in the industry are doing to support holistic wellbeing. They have introduced mindfulness training in all their offices, with key members of staff trained in mental health sign posting. In January they partnered with a local film company, DragonLight Films, to produce a short documentary with the target of sharing on ‘Time to Talk’ day that month.
