In other news, Colliers In- ternational has added another core executive to its New Jer- sey team with the addition of Mark Petersen , who will serve as a senior research analyst. He will lead research efforts in support of Colliers’ Northern and Central New Jersey operations, and work in conjunction with the entire Tri-State consulting practice. Prior to joining Colliers International Petersen was a ResearchAnalyst with CBRE’s Saddle Brook office. While
there, he was honored as NJ Research Professional of the Year and given the Tri-State Research All Star Award and the National Research MVP Award. Prior to CBRE, he served as aMarket Researcher for Realty IQ Corporation in Manhattan. “Mark is an experienced market statistician and re- searcher, and the results of his research are regularly published,” said Robert Mar- tie, Executive Vice President of Colliers International ’s NJ Region. “His comprehensive knowledge of New Jersey’s
real estate market is an asset to our Tri-State consulting team and will contribute to the office’s continued growth.” Petersen will also focus on creating faster, in-depth re- search and analysis tools to provide clients and brokers with an enhanced under- standing of market activity in Northern and Central New Jersey. In addition to prepar- ing market reports, proposals and presentations, Petersen will manage internal data- bases and provide research services in support of major site selection requirements. n
