Reitnouer Trailers will utilize this facility to manu- facture new aluminum flat bed trailers. “The clear span and 400’ long bays are ideal for our technology andmanu- facturing process” said Bud Reitnouer, president. “The 22 acre site offers ample secure parking for our finished product”. The building was constructed in 2005 and was then ap- proved for 30,600 s/f addi- tional industrial area which will be added immediately. Steve willems reported that Cumru Township acted progressively and has been a pleasure to deal with. The addition should be completed by the first quarter of 2014. A $1.5 million PEDA financ- ing played a positive role in acquiring the facility. 60 New jobs will be added to the ex- isting 250 jobs in place. Reitnouer Trailers had shared a facility with Dor- Mae Industries in Muhlen- berg Township but had com- pletely outgrown it. Earlier in 2013, Reitnouer opened a new 80,000 s/f production fa- cility at 184 Tuckerton Road, Muhlenberg Twp. to produce a freight transfer trail called “Rail-Dex”. Reitnouer has been the number one seller of all aluminum flatbed and drop deck every year since 1999.
