The individual ratified transactions can be found below. . SETTLEMENTS • Knouse Properties LP bought a 38,720 s/f industrial manufacturing property at 283 South Main St. in Bendersville in Bendersville Borough. ROCK Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented both the buyer and
the seller in this transaction. • Distinct Equities II bought a 25,414 s/f industrial ware- house distribution property at 815 North George St. in York in North York Borough. Distinct Equities will begin renovation work in October for a resi- dential multi-tenant complex. ROCK represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction. • 1001, LLC bought a 8,361 s/f free standing auto service at 1001 East Philadelphia St. in York City. ROCK represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
• Joyce McMaster bought a 2,514 s/f free standing res- taurant, known to locals as the Little Red Schoolhouse, at 5705 Hanover Rd. in Hanover in Conewago Twp. ROCK rep- resented the seller in this transaction. • Ray’s Family Restaurant bought 0.70 acres of commercial land at Hanover Rd. at Sprenkle Rd. in Spring Grove in Jackson Twp.. ROCK represented both the landlord and the ten- ant in this transaction. • Sodium Systems, LLC leased 16,029 s/f of light manu- facturing space at 517 Prospect St. in York City. ROCK repre- sented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction. • York Pediatric Dentistry leased 3,900 s/f of commer- cial space in a strip center at 2820 Whiteford Rd. in York in Springettsbury Twp.. ROCK represented the landlord in this transaction. n Stewart & tate to build & renovate YoRK, PA — Stewart & tate Constructions a fam- ily owned and operated, full service construction firm, headquartered in York an- nounced the following: Stewart & Tate has been named general contractor for the construction of a new Patient First building in Pott- stown. Located on Shoemaker Road in Pottstown, construc- tion of the new, 7,100 s/f Patient First Neighborhood Medical Center. This project will be the third Patient First building that Stewart & Tate will construct and is targeted for completion in January 2014. Prior projects include a con- version of an existing space for Patient First in Colonial Park and a new building in Wyomissing. Stewart & Tate to renovate, Red Lion Chevrolet, located on Rte. 24, will undergo reno- vations. Stewart & Tate Con- struction will complete the renovations and additions to the service center and show- room. n .
