What Bullying Looks Like: Verbal: Name-calling, teasing, threats Physical: Hitting, pushing, damaging property Social: Exclusion, spreading rumors, public embar- rassment Online: Harassment through social media or mes- sages How to Make a Difference: Talk About It: Encourage open communication with trusted adults. Show Kindness: Teach empathy and respect for everyone. Set Boundaries: Schools and communities should have clear anti-bullying rules.
