FEATURED PROJECTS 22 Bishopsgate 22 Bishopsgate is located in London’s financial district and is the tallest commercial skyscraper currently under construction in the city of London. This is one of Multiplex’s flagship projects. It reaches 278 meters high and will feature some of the cities most high-end office space. Works are progressing well on our £22m fitout with Multiplex. Our works are currently at level 48 completing partitions and fireproofing and at level 34 installing SAS ceilings as part of the CAT A fit out on this 62 storey project. The project is currently on programme for completion in October 2019.
22 Bishopsgate - Lobby
Errigal Contracts have just recently secured the design and fitout of the prestigious lobby and viewing gallery. Works are due to begin in the first quarter of 2019 and an extensive design development process led by Errigal Contracts is currently underway. The lobby works will be carried out over 4 floors with a viewing gallery overlooking London’s skyline on floors 58 and 58M. On the ground floor, the main lobby will feature a cultural programme of art installations and theatre performances.

The scope of Errigal Contracts works include barrisol ceilings, feature leather ceilings and wall panelling, reception desks, architectural metal including bronze trims and linings, walls & ceilings including acoustic render finishes and feature GRG mouldings, floor finishes and decoration.
