To receive the member rate for 2022 an exhibitor must have been a member by October 1, 2021 and be a member in good standing before the contract goes out. Outdoor demonstration space is available to all paid indoor exhibiting companies, first come first served. Rate for outdoor space: Up to five times your indoor space – $1.00/SQ. FT. Anyadditional space in excess of the allotted five times your indoor space – $9.00/SQ. FT.
