The Community Engagement Workshop Series complements Family U by empowering school leaders and community partners to build the systems and structures that sustain engagement long-term. Delivered as a seven- session virtual or in-person professional development series, the program aligns with the Community Schools Framework and focuses on building relationships, stakeholder trust, and measurable impact.

Program Highlights:

8.5 total hours of professional development (virtual or onsite)

Office hours and peer meet-ups for implementation support

Action plan templates, resource library, and progress tracking tools

Data-driven strategies to reduce absenteeism and strengthen partnerships Proven results: 11% decrease in absenteeism and 21 new community partnerships achieved in past implementations
