Trowels being the most important tool in a bricklayers toolbox makes me choose OX bricklayers trowel range. I personally use the OX Philadelphia brick trowel. The handle is very comfortable and has a strong butt end. The blade is a mill or so thicker than most other brands which is very helpful when needing to trowel cut a brick, and ensures it holds its shape longer. It’s very well weighted and balanced. After years of using other brands, I have found the most comfort in this trowel. From finishing joints to face bricks and blockwork is a detail that needs a lot of attention.
