initiatives, we implement practical solutions that foster a more inclusive and connected Pearland. 2023 posed challenges, particularly with economic shifts, yet it also reinforced our commitment to responsible financial stewardship. In 2024, we worked hard to realign priorities for resilience, and in 2025, we’ll continue investing in sustainable growth that both supports our future and addresses today’s needs.
